এই কাজটি করার জন্য আমাদেরকে land.gov.bd এই সাইটটিতে যেতে হবে। এখান থেকে আমি ভূমিরেকর্ড ও ম্যাপ এই লিংকে যাব। লিংকে গিয়ে আমাকে লগিন করতে হবে। আমি প্রয়োজনে প্রথমে লগইন করে নিতে পারি। এই যে উপরে ডান পাশে লগিন বাটন রয়েছে। এখান থেকে লগিনে ক্লিক করলাম। আমি ইউজার আইডি এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিলাম। এই ইউজার আইডি এবং পাসওয়ার্ড কিভাবে তৈরি করে সেই বিষয়ে পরিপূর্ণ একটি ভিডিও আমার চ্যানেলে পাবেন। প্রয়োজনে ওই ভিডিওর লিংকটি আমি এই ভিডিওর ডেসক্রিপশনে দিয়ে দিব। লগিন করুন বাটনে ক্লিক করলাম।

ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের সার্ভারে আমি লগিন করলাম। ইউজার আইডি পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লগইন করলাম। এরপর যেই ব্যক্তির একাউন্টে লগইন করলাম তিনি আমাকে একটি সহি মুহুরী পর্চা তুলতে বলেছেন তোলার কাজ দিয়েছেন। তাই আমি তার একাউন্টে লগইন করলাম এবং ভূমি রেকর্ড ও ম্যাপ এই লিংকে গেলাম। এরপর এখান থেকে খতিয়ান ও ম্যাপ অনুসন্ধান এখানে ক্লিক করলাম। এরপর একটু নিচে এসে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে সার্ভে খতিয়ান সিলেক্ট করা আছে কিনা। এটি অটো সিলেক্ট করা থাকে। যারা নামজারি পর্চা তুলবেন নামজারি খতিয়ান তুলবেন তাদের জন্য নামজারি খতিয়ানে ক্লিক করে নিবেন। নয়তো সার্ভে খতিয়ানে ক্লিক করা থাকবে। আমি একটি সহি মুহুরী পর্চার আবেদন করব। সেটি আরএস খতিয়ান বিভাগ ঢাকা জেলা মুন্সিগঞ্জ উপজেলা শ্রীনগর। আপনারা আপনাদের অনুযায়ী দিবেন। আপনাদের বিভাগ দিবেন, আপনাদের জেলা দিবেন, আপনাদের থানা দিবেন। এরপর যেহেতু আরএস খতিয়ান আরএস এ ক্লিক করলাম। এছাড়াও সিএস, এসএ, বিআরএস এগুলিও রয়েছে। এরপর মৌজা দিতে হবে। মৌজার একটি সিরিয়াল নাম্বার রয়েছে। সেটি লিখলেও অটোমেটিক পেয়ে যাবেন। এভাবেও পাবো। আরেকটি পদ্ধতি কি? আমি সরাসরি যে মৌজা সেই মৌজার দুইটি অক্ষর লিখলাম। এভাবেও পেয়ে যাব। এরপর ক্লিক করার পরে ডান পাশে একটু লোডিং থাকবে কয়েক সেকেন্ড সার্ভার বেজি থাকলে এই মৌজার টোটাল তথ্যগুলি কিন্তু লোড হইতে একটু সময় নেয় ওই মৌজার আওতাদিন সকল তথ্য এই সেকশনে লোড হইলো এরপর আমরা কি দিয়ে খোঁজবো আমরা কি খতিয়ান নাম্বার দিয়ে খোঁজবো না দাগ নম্বর দিয়ে খোঁজব সেটি একটু দেখে নেই।

দুটির পার্থক্য আপনাদেরকে দেখাই যদি খতিয়ান দিয়ে খুঁজি আমি লিখলাম খতিয়ান নম্বর লিখে খুঁজুন বাটনে ক্লিক করলাম খতিয়ানটি চলে আসলো এটি কেটে দিলাম। দাগ নম্বর দিয়ে খুঁজতে চাইলে কি করতে হবে? দেখুন একটু ওয়েট করি। অধিকতর অনুসন্ধান এখানে ক্লিক করলাম। এখানে দাগ নম্বর দিব। পাশাপাশি আপনারা চাইলে দাগ নম্বর না দিয়ে মালিকের নাম দিয়েও খুঁজতে পারেন। এখানে মালিকের নাম দিয়ে খুঁজন বাটনে ক্লিক করবেন। তাহলে ওই ব্যক্তির ওই মালিকের কোন কোন জায়গায় জায়গা রয়েছে সেগুলি আপনারা জানতে পারবেন। খুঁজন বাটনে ক্লিক করলাম। দেখুন ওই আগের খতিয়ানটি চলে আসলো। অর্থাৎ আমরা সরাসরি খতিয়ান নাম্বার দিয়ে খুঁজতে পারি। দাগ নম্বর দিয়েও খুঁজতে পারি। এটিকে ডবল ক্লিক করব। ডবল ক্লিক করলাম। এরপর এখানে ঝুড়িতে রাখুন। এই সুইচটিতে ক্লিক করব। যেটাকে আমরা ইংরেজিতে এড টু কার্ট বলি। দারাজে বা অনলাইনে কোন শপিং করলে অড টু কার্ড করতে হয়। ঠিক ওই একই ব্যাপার। এটি বাংলায় ঝুড়িতে রাখুন। লিখা এসেছে। আপনি চাইলে ইংরেজি ভার্সন করে নিতে পারেন স্ক্রিনটিকে। আমি এই কার্টে ক্লিক করলাম। ঝুরিতে ক্লিক করলাম। এরপর এখান থেকে আমাকে সিলেক্ট করতে হবে যে আমি এই খতিয়ানটি অনলাইন খতিয়ান তুলবো না সার্টিফাইড কপি তুলবো। সার্টিফাইড কপিতে ক্লিক করা রয়েছে। এখানে ক্লিক করা থাকবে।

এরপর কোন খতিয়ানটি তুলবো? এখানে একটি টিকমার্ক দিতে হবে। আমরা একাধিক অনুসন্ধান করলে কিন্তু একাধিক এখানে আসতো। একসাথে চারটি পর্যন্ত ক্লিক করা যায়। একসাথে চারটি পর্যন্ত মুহুরী পর্চা বা সার্টিফাইড খতিয়ান অথবা একসাথে চারটি অনলাইন পর্চা তোলা যায়। এর বেশি একসাথে তোলা যায় না। হয়তো পরবর্তী আপডেটে এই সংখ্যা বাড়তে পারে। এরপর করণীয় কি? একটু নিচে এসে চেক আউট করুন। এই লেখাটিতে ক্লিক করব। এরপর সিলেক্ট করতে হবে যে আমি কিভাবে সহি মুহুরী পর্চা বা সার্টিফাইড খতিয়ান সংগ্রহ করব। ডান পাশে দেখুন সেবা প্রদানের তথ্যাধী মোট খরচ 100 টাকা। ডাকযোগে আমি নিব। ডাকযোগে ক্লিক করলাম। ক্লিক করার পর দেশের অভ্যন্তরে না দেশের বাইরে। দেশের বাইরে যারা নিবেন সেটাও পারবেন। এখানে ক্লিক করে দেশের নাম সিলেক্ট করে স্টেপ বাই স্টেপ ঠিকানা দিয়ে দিবেন। যেহেতু আমি দেশের অভ্যন্তরে নিব। দেশের অভ্যন্তরে সিলেক্ট করে দিলাম। এরপরে কোন ঠিকানায় নিব? এইযে অটোমেটিক এখানে একটি ঠিকানা দেখাইতেছে। এটিতে আমি ক্লিক করে দিলাম। যারা ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে চান বা এই ঠিকানায় নিতে না চান অন্য ঠিকানায় নিবেন তারা ঠিকানা যোগ করুন বাটনে ক্লিক করে ওই ঠিকানা সিলেক্ট করে দিবেন এরপর দেখুন ডানপাশে 140 টাকা ডাকঘর ফি পোস্ট অফিস ফি 40 টাকা সংযুক্ত হয়েছে সর্বমোট 140 টাকা ফি পরিশোধ করার নিয়ম এখানে এই যোগফলটি প্রদান করতে হবে শূন্য যোগ পা যোগফল পাচ দিলাম এরপর ফি পরিশোধ করুন। কিভাবে করব এই যেই ইকে পে একটি মাধ্যম সিলেক্ট করা রয়েছে। এই মাধ্যমটি অটো ডিফল্ট থাকবে। ফি পরিশোধ করুন। এই বাটনটিতে ক্লিক করলাম। কয়েক সেকেন্ডের মধ্যে আমাদের সামনে একটি পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে চলে আসলো। ইকেপে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে। এখান থেকে আমরা নির্ধারণ করব কোন মাধ্যমে আমি মন্ত্রণালয়কে টাকা দিব। এখানে অনেকগুলি মাধ্যম রয়েছে বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট সহ আরো কার্ড, ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং, ওয়ালেট নানাবিত মাধ্যম রয়েছে। আপনারা দেখে নিবেন যার যেটি প্রয়োজন আমি বিকাশ দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করব। তাই আমি বিকাশ সিলেক্ট করলাম। এরপর এখানে লাইসেন্স এগ্রিমেন্ট টিকমার্কটি দিয়ে পে 140 টাকা। এখানে ক্লিক করলাম। কয়েক সেকেন্ডের মধ্যে বিকাশ গেটওয়ে চলে আসলো। যে বিকাশ নম্বর থেকে আমি টাকাটি কেটে নিব সেটি লিখে কনফার্ম বাটনে ক্লিক করলাম। ওই বিকাশ নম্বরে একটি ওটিপি যাবে। সেই ওটিপিটি আমি এখানে দিব। এরপর কনফার্ম বাটনে ক্লিক করলাম। বিকাশ এর পিন নম্বরটি দিয়ে পুনরায় কনফার্ম বাটনে ক্লিক করলাম। আমাদের পেমেন্টটি ভেরিফিকেশন হয়ে আবেদনটি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়ে গেল। লিখা এসেছে আপনার আবেদনটি গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। ডেলিভারি তারিখ 4 আগস্ট। আজকে 24 জুলাই। আনুমানিক 10 10 দিন সময় দিয়েছে। এই তারিখে চলে আসে। আট থেকে 10 দিনেই ওই ঠিকানায় চলে আসবে। এভাবেই মুহুরী পর্চা বা সার্টিফাইড খতিয়ান এর আবেদন করতে হয়।

এই রশিদটি আপনি প্রিন্ট করে রাখতে পারেন। রশিদ ডাউনলোড বাটনে ক্লিক করলে রশিদটির একটি পিডিএফ ফাইল ডাউনলোড হয়ে যাবে। সেটি আপনারা প্রিন্ট করে সংগ্রহ রাখবেন অথবা মোবাইল দিয়ে এই স্ক্রিনটির ছবি তুলে রাখবেন। যদি না আসে তাহলে যেন জেলা অফিসে গিয়ে আপনারা যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। নয়তো ডেলিভারির জন্য এই স্লিপটি প্রয়োজন পড়ে।

নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে ডাকঘরে আসলে ডাকঘর থেকে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে যে জেলা অফিস থেকে আপনার একটি চিঠি এসেছে। সেই চিঠির এনভেলপ খুললেই আপনি আপনার মুহুরী পর্চা বা সার্টিফাইড খতিয়ান দেখতে পাবেন।
