এই আবেদনটি ঠিক এরকম। এই আবেদনটিতে কি লিখতে হবে? সর্বপ্রথম লিখতে হবে বরাবর বহিরাগমন শাখা তিন, স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়, বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয়, ঢাকা এবং ডান পাশে ছবি লাগানো থাকবে। এরপর লিখতে হবে আমি নিম্ন সাক্ষরকারী। গত এত ইং তারিখ হতে এত ইং তারিখ পর্যন্ত স্পেনে বসবাস করে আসছি। আমি একজন বাংলাদেশী নাগরিক। আমার পরিচয় নিম্নরূপ। অর্থাৎ প্রথমেই আপনাকে বলতে হলো যে আপনি কত তারিখ স্পেনে প্রবেশ করেছেন এবং যেদিন আবেদন করবেন এই আবেদন পত্রটি সেই তারিখটি এখানে লিখতে হবে যে এত তারিখ থেকে এত তারিখ পর্যন্ত আমি বসবাস করছি। এরপর একটি ছকে আপনাকে লিখতে হবে ইংরেজিতে আপনার নাম, পাসপোর্ট নম্বর, ইস্যুর স্থান, পাসপোর্ট ইস্যুর স্থান অবশ্যই ঢাকা। পাসপোর্ট ইস্যুর তারিখটি এখানে লিখতে হবে এবং পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণের তারিখ। পাসপোর্ট কত তারিখে মেয়াদ শেষ হবে সে তারিখটি লিখতে হবে। এরপর বাংলাদেশের স্থায়ী ঠিকানা গ্রাম ডাকঘড় থানা জেলা এটি লিখবেন। এরপর লিখতে হবে বর্তমানে স্পেনে আবাসী হওয়ার জন্য বা নাগরিকত্ব লাভের জন্য আমার একটি পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স সার্টিফিকেট দরকার বিধায় তা ইস্যু করার জন্য ছবিনয় অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি। এই আবেদনের সঙ্গে আমি নিম্নলিখিত কাগজপত্র জমা করছি। এক সদ্যতলা রঙিন ছবি, ছয় কপি, পাসপোর্টের ফটোকপি, দুই কপি।
পাসপোর্টের কপি অবশ্যই দূতাবাস হতে সত্যায়িত হতে হবে। কোন দূতাবাস? স্পেনে অবস্থিত বাংলাদেশের যে দূতাবাস রয়েছে সেখান থেকে পাসপোর্টের কপিটি সত্যায়িত করিয়ে নিতে হবে। এরপর আপনাকে একজন প্রতিনিধি নিয়োগ দিতে হবে আপনার পক্ষে বাংলাদেশে যিনি এই কাজটি করবেন আপনার পক্ষে যিনি পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স সার্টিফিকেট পাওয়ার জন্য আবেদনপত্র জমা দিবেন মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে তুলবেন এবং আপনার কাছে পাঠাবেন ওই ব্যক্তিকে অথরাইজেশন করে দিতে হবে। কিভাবে? এখানে লিখতে হবে আমার পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স সনদের আবেদনপত্র জমা হওয়ার জন্য এবং সনদ ইস্যু হওয়ার পর তা পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় হতে সংগ্রহ করার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত ব্যক্তিকে মনোনীত করলাম। আবেদনকারীর সাথে সম্পর্ক মানে আপনার সাথে ওই ব্যক্তির সম্পর্ক এখানে লিখতে হবে এবং ওই ব্যক্তির পাসপোর্ট থাকলে পাসপোর্ট নম্বর অথবা এনআইডি কার্ড থাকলে এনআইডি কার্ড নম্বর এখানে লিখতে হবে এরপর মনোনীত ব্যক্তির নাম ওই ব্যক্তির নাম এবং তার টেলিফোন নম্বর আর ডান পাশে আপনার স্বাক্ষর দিতে হবে আবেদনকারী সাক্ষর স্পেনের বর্তমান ঠিকানা আপনি যেখানে থাকেন স্পেনের ঠিকানা এখানে দিতে হবে এরপর স্পেনের মোবাইল নম্বর এরপর আবেদনের তারিখ যে তারিখে আপনি আবেদনটি করলেন সেই তারিখটি এখানে লিখতে হবে এরপর এই পাতাটিকে প্রিন্ট করে স্পেনে অবস্থিত বাংলাদেশের যে দূতাবাসর রয়েছে সেখানে গিয়ে আপনাকে এভাবে একটি এটেস্টেশন করাইতে হবে।
এটেস্টেশন করে আপনি এই কপিটি বাংলাদেশে পাঠিয়ে দিবেন। যিনি আপনার পক্ষে কাজ করবেন তার কাছে পাঠিয়ে দিবেন। এরপর যে স্টেপগুলো পার করতে হবে সেগুলো আমি পরবর্তী ধাপে আপনাদেরকে পরবর্তী ভিডিওতে ওই বিষয়ে আপডেট জানিয়ে দিব।
